Chen Xiyan,Director 
I graduated from Soochow University with a major in Chinese.
I worked as the senior tutor of Wuxi Teachers’ College.I was sent to the Loei Royal Institution (Thailand) as a visiting professor by the Education Ministry of Jiangsu Province during 1996 to 2002.So far,I have participated in compiling several popular books which are used as teaching materials,such as 《Oral Chinese》,《Foreign Literature》and have published quite a few thesis papers on education.

I graduated in 2008 from George Mason University with a B.A. in Government and International Politics. She holds a certification in TEFL/TESOL from the Oxford Seminars. Katrine has spent much of her life traveling in Europe, specifically Germany where she was born and has family. She was an intern with the Department of State in Vienna Austria and studied abroad in Berlin, Germany. She is fluent in German. She came to China to teach as it is a dynamic and changing country and wants to be a part of that. Her goals for the school year include providing a concise course load and education in the English language and to make learning fun through hands-on activities and real life situations. She enjoys bike riding, exploring new things and trying new food.

Stacey

My name is Stacey Baradit and I come from Connecticut, USA. I graduated from Williams College with a double major in Psychology and Chinese and am now back in China to continue learning about Chinese culture and language. In my free time I travel and explore the world with my latest adventure being through the Balkans in Europe. Enthusiasm, passion and curiosity are behind all my endeavors and I hope to share some of this spirit and excitement with my students!

Audrey

My name is Audrey Lee.  I was born and raised in America, and lived in many different places there.  I play violin and love to teach music!  I have studied 5 different languages - Spanish, Italian, German, some Japanese, and a little Mandarin - but I hope to learn much more! I studied Traditional Chinese Medicine (acupuncture and herbal medicine) in America for 3 years, and graduated just before moving to China.  I am very excited to learn all about China and the people here.  Xie Xie!

My name is Brad. I am an American, born in South Dakota. I grew up in Guam and Norfolk, VA. After college I decide to get a TESOL certification so that I might be able to come to China and experience life as an English teacher. I enjoy teaching and enjoying helping others to learn English. Hello, my name is Brian… Please call me Brian.. Welcome to the new semester at WIS. I’d like to offer you a brief insight into who I am and what I hope to accomplish in my teaching at WIS. I am an American living and working in China, I have been in China since 2005 beginning in Shanghai.? I have been traveling quite alot since I have been here.? East to west and north to south, I have tried to touch the 4 corners of China and enrich my own understanding and appreciation of the Chinese people and culture.? My parents both served in the military and as such were blessed with the ability to travel to many places around the globe taking my brother and I along for an incredible ride.

My name is Keith Burbidge.  I was born in London, lived there for half of my life, and then in America for 20 years.  I enjoy playing football (soccer) and I am excited to play in China!  I enjoy music and sports.  I am looking forward to learning to speak and read Mandarin Chinese, and to learn all about the Chinese culture and way of life.  Zai Jian!

I am excited to be here in the Middle Country and welcome this opportunity to teach you mathematics.
I have worked as a software developer at some of the world’s most prestigious organizations and startups that include but are not limited to the IBM TJ Watson Research Centre, Silicon Valley Group, Bell South, Symbol Technologies and Portal Inc. The last couple of years I taught grade10-12 level mathematics in Houston's public schools.
I urge and encourage you to be enthusiastic; to seek understanding and to develop good habits which includes the practicing of mathematics. You can only master mathematics through lots of hard work.
All future inventions have always existed. We just haven't thought of them all. I challenge you to imagine and to be amongst the first to realize these inventions!

My goal is to find a challenging teaching position, where I can utilize my creativity and my true desire to educate my students.? I finished my Degree of Science in Computer Science, Master Degree in Computer Instruction, completed academic requirements of Doctor of Education and Doctor of Business Management.? I reached the highest position in Academic Community and taught Computers, Physics and Chemistry in Philippines and in China both in GAC and A-level program with a passing percentage of 90% and 95% respectively. I have a very strong knowledge in breeding and caring both plants and animals. ??I offered my services in Wuxi, teaching Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

My major are Math, physics and commuter software engineering, I adopted teaching profession in my early childhood so I have almost 15 years of teaching experience ,this is not only my profession it? is also my hobby , I ?am a teacher by birth and by nature, I love to teach and learn.
